"If only I didn't have to struggle so much with those urges to pull, it would be so much easier not to!"
Truer words were never spoken.
After all, why else would people do something like pull hair out of their body when the truth is, they HATE what they're doing to themselves?
Now, while some people have convinced themselves the opposite is true - that they actually LIKE pulling their - the truth is, all hair-pullers detest having to struggle with this kind of challenge.
