How to Quickly Recover from A Broken Trich-Free Streak

 

So you’ve gone 5, 6, 7, maybe 10 days or longer without any pulling at all… Maybe it’s been weeks since you’ve pulled.

But then, the inevitable happens. In a moment of weakness, you pull some hair - perhaps without even having noticed it.

If you’re like most of our clients, the first thing you’re thinking is,

“Now I’ve gone and done it! I’ve just ruined my streak. All that work for nothing!”

Problem is, the next thing you’re thinking is,

“Well, then... Might as well just keep going. I’ve already blown it! Nothing more to lose now.”

Thus, you give yourself permission to go right back to your pulling activity, just the same way you were doing before you’d stopped.

Let’s get clear about something: You’re going back to pulling NOT because somehow your ability to be Trich-Free all of a sudden disappeared.

Why? Because you see no point in making any other decision. After all, your streak is already ruined, right?
